Marc Mason, voted KC's Best Personal Trainer in 2007*, has helped hundreds of
people change their bodies and their lives.
Certified as a personal fitness trainer (PFT) and weight management consultant (LSWMC) by the American Council on
Exercise (ACE), Marc has experience with a wide variety of people with various backgrounds. He is currently the
Fitness Facilitator for the American Stroke Foundation’s Kansas Activity Center. Previously he served as the Personal
Training Coordinator at the Paul Henson YMCA.
He won't promise anyone a quick fix. Adopting a more active, healthier lifestyle may require a number of changes to
your normal activities. But keep in mind, the only constant in the world is change. Growth and improvement are
forms of change. How we respond to changes we create for ourselves determines the rate of success in our lives.
Many people lose sight of the power of emotional responses. Fun and a sense of challenge create positive

Marc developed Muscles-in-Motion Programs to be an integral part of an active and healthy lifestyle. To improve your

trainer and coach, Marc teaches and supports that process and pushes his clients to the next level.
Having personally lost forty pounds of fat and gained ten pounds of lean body weight using these methods, Marc has
kept the weight off for years. Marc improved himself by adopting a more active lifestyle and focusing on his health and
